Your event request data, including your brief and any proposals received, is retained by EliteSource for 12 months from the date of your submission. After that period, it is deleted or anonymised.

Your contact details are shared with providers who receive your request, as this is the platform's core function and you consent to this at submission. EliteSource does not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.

What if I want to cancel or withdraw my event request after submitting?

Accepted Answer

You can stop further distribution of your request at any time before the 48-hour Stage 2 window closes by using the link in your confirmation email. This prevents your brief from being sent to additional providers.

If you wish to fully withdraw your request and have your data deleted, contact EliteSource at support@elitesource.com.au. Note that EliteSource cannot prevent providers who have already received your brief from contacting you, their receipt of your contact details has already occurred.

If you are receiving unwanted communications from a specific provider, you can manage this directly with that provider or report it to EliteSource at support@elitesource.com.au.
