Our structured intake brief takes under 3 minutes. We ask for event type, location, indicative dates, headcount range, and budget bracket. Each field exists for one reason, so quotes you receive are accurate the first time. You'll never be asked vague questions or be chased for more information after submission.

We Match the Right Organisers

Your brief is sent simultaneously to every relevant organiser in our network, matched by event type, service location, capacity, and specialisation. There are no geographic restrictions: an organiser in Sydney can quote a Melbourne event if they service that region. Typically between 5 and 30 organisers receive each brief.

Proposals land directly in your inbox from the providers who can deliver your event. We never share your contact details with Standard Providers, and every proposal is prepared solely from your brief. First responses usually arrive within a few hours.
