If no Premium Provider submits within 24 hours, the request is opened to all Free providers. The 24-hour window creates a meaningful competitive advantage for Premium providers, not exclusivity, but a genuine head start.

Your 3-month free period begins on the date you complete your provider registration. There is no trial period or approval step, you start receiving requests as soon as your profile is live.

Yes. Every provider, free or premium, gets a dedicated landing page with your logo, description, event categories, service-area map, photo gallery and a quote form that sends briefs straight to you. It goes live as soon as your registration is complete.

Sign in to your provider dashboard and open the Photo Gallery panel. You can upload up to 10 photos in JPG or PNG format, up to 3MB each, and delete or replace them at any time. Photos appear on your landing page immediately.

Sign in at elitesource.com.au/event-admin with your quote email address and your password. From the dashboard you can update your business description, event types, service areas, website and photos. Changes publish straight away.

After your first 3 months, your account moves to our free tier by default. You continue receiving requests, after the 24-hour Premium window. To maintain immediate access, you can upgrade to Premium at any time.

When a buyer posts a brief, all matched Premium Providers receive it by email instantly. If no Premium Provider responds within 24 hours, the brief is then sent to Free Providers. If you are a Free Provider, you will still receive every relevant request, just after the 24-hour window.

Matching is based on the event types you list in your provider profile (corporate and non-corporate), your service location(s), and any specialisations you specify. Matched briefs are delivered to your inbox. Keep your profile accurate and complete to receive the most relevant requests.

Reply to the brief email with your quote and reach out to the host directly to discuss details. There is no portal, dashboard, or secure link required, everything happens over email.

Yes. You can unsubscribe from all request notifications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email. Opting out is immediate and permanent.
